Born in Mancheng，Hebei. Director of Sculpture Department of Art and Design College of Hebei University，member of China Sculpture Institute，member of China Sculpture Committee，and Vice President of Hebei Sculpture Institute. His works have been collected by Beijing International Sculpture Park，Yantai Museum，and private collectors in Belgium and the Netherlands. His works have been published in many magazines such as Sculpture，Artists，Art Circle，Fine Arts Studies，Fine Arts，China Art Today，and Arts of the Time.
